Noviter NSTB steam boiler
Noviter NSTB steam boilers are designed to produce either superheated steam or saturated steam. It is a single-drum natural circulation boiler, the furnace is a membrane wall structure, convection tube bundle is also surrounded by a membrane wall.

Full Membrane wall Structure
Because the membrane type water wall structure is adopted in the furnace, the radiant heat from the flame can be fully absorbed, and the sealing performance of the furnace can be improved. Meanwhile, because the furnace wall is not directly affected by the flame radiation, it can be used without fireproof materials. The convection tube bundle is surrounded by membrane water wall, which makes the sealing of the convection tube bundle good. Therefore, the weight of the furnace wall is greatly reduced and the workload of on-site installation and commissioning is reduced.
Powerful low-emission function
In terms of combustion technology, the NSTB steam boiler uses the world's advanced low NOx burners, using the latest grading air distribution and flue gas recycling technology, which greatly inhibits the transformation of nitrogen in fuel to NOx during combustion. At the same time, the large furnace structure reduces the heat load of the whole furnace volume, and makes the temperature level in the furnace lower, which inhibits the change of nitrogen to NOx in the combustion air.
